Solution Architect
Own the technical architecture behind the Educating Excellence platform — from AI features and LMS development to the cloud infrastructure underneath, as the senior technical voice on an embedded product team.
- Design and evolve the architecture across our EdTech products as they scale from single-school to multi-region rollout
- Set technical direction for AI-assisted features, LMS development, and cloud infrastructure
- Work directly with schools and administrators to translate real classroom feedback into engineering decisions
- Pair with the product and engineering team on delivery, code review, and release planning
- 7+ years building and scaling production web platforms
- Comfortable owning architecture end-to-end — not just advising on it
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability practices for always-on platforms
- Genuine interest in education technology and the constraints of shipping into real schools
Fullstack Developer
Build across the stack on the products behind Educating Excellence — from LMS features to the APIs and services that power them, working directly with the team that owns the platform end-to-end.
- Ship features across the frontend and backend of our EdTech platforms
- Build and maintain APIs and services that support LMS and AI-assisted features
- Work closely with design and product to turn real school feedback into working software
- Write tests and participate in code review to keep the platform reliable through term time
- 3+ years building production web applications end-to-end
- Comfortable across modern frontend (React/Next.js) and backend fundamentals
- Experience working with relational databases and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Genuine interest in education technology and shipping into real classrooms
UI/UX Designer
Design the interfaces teachers, students, and administrators use every day — from early product exploration through to polished, shippable UI across our EdTech platforms.
- Design end-to-end product flows for LMS, AI, and automation features
- Turn research and real classroom feedback into clear, usable interfaces
- Build and maintain design patterns that keep the product consistent as it scales
- Work closely with engineering to see designs through to shipped, working product
- 3+ years designing production web or SaaS products
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking, not just visuals
- Comfortable working directly with engineers rather than handing off static files
- Genuine interest in education technology and designing for non-technical users
DevOps Engineer
Keep the infrastructure behind an always-on education platform reliable — CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure that has to stay up through the school year.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across our EdTech platforms
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting
- Plan releases and rollout strategies that avoid disrupting schools during term time
- Work with engineering to improve reliability, performance, and cost of our infrastructure
- 4+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-focused engineering role
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
- Comfortable owning uptime and incident response for a production platform
- Genuine interest in education technology and building for always-on reliability
AI Engineer
Build the AI-assisted features that genuinely help teachers and school administrators — from prototyping to production, as part of an embedded team that ships directly into real classrooms.
- Design and build AI-assisted features across our EdTech products
- Evaluate where AI genuinely reduces work for teachers and administrators, versus where it adds noise
- Integrate AI features into production LMS and automation workflows
- Work with product and engineering to ship, measure, and iterate on AI features responsibly
- 3+ years building and shipping AI or ML-powered features in production
- Practical experience working with LLMs and AI application development
- Comfortable balancing AI capability with reliability, cost, and real user needs
- Genuine interest in education technology and where AI actually helps in the classroom
